I use solid 14k gold (yellow/rose/white) and Sterling silver, depending on the design. 

The gold rings are made with solid 14k gold (not gold plated or gold filled). Everyone reacts to metals differently, and since 14k is an alloy of about 58.65% gold and a mix of silver and copper (rose gold has a higher copper content), some people react to the other metals in that alloy. If you normally are able to wear 14k gold without issue, you should be able to wear your ring every day without issue.
